CULTURAL AESTHETICS AS THE DETERMINER

of the ultimate social functioning

 

  

Inside the taken for granted economic and political 

cultural mortar of this nation

We as an ethnic group and the individuals within this ethnic group are more than slogans, dogmas, memes of ethnic pride and social contention and controversy. We are the product of a historical process that shaped our relationships as a discriminated and segregated ethnic group. 

Not totally looking past the pathologies of being in a physical and psychological ghetto of Euro-Caucasian attitudes, we created amongst ourselves a social ethos that included greater empathy and broader compassion for marginal behaviors', since we intuitively understood the root system of those behaviors origins. That empathy and compassion exhibited and manifested itself in the practical utilization of the knowledge we acquired from sparse resources but also artistic expressions and exhibitions that created remind and a memorable homage to those efforts.

The psychology of passion that underwrote the practical and artistic appreciation for what we have done and could do is reflected in the recognized-even if latent-affection we have for people of our skin colors and those whose social conditions are a parallel extrapolation of what we've endured.

Our politics should reflect this inclusive acceptance and embrace for that which moves the soul because of the spectrum of inspiration to empathy. In short, whatever politics we create will eventually be a reflection of how we see ourselves and each other, and the way we act towards each other. From that psychological starting point will be the construction of the society into which we develop. 

Unlike the Euro-origin ethos in which we exist as the taken for granted and indifferent-to-malevolently treated individuals and cultural mortar, WE can (and should) be the empathetic, thus the compassionate culture and society. Other than WE  acquiring the white masks that are recognized of the Euro world's signature of inhumanity to others, but also, more broadly, a barbarism wreaked upon the the Bio-Geo sphere.
